REQUEST FOR BIDS


The Southwest Georgia Regional Information Technology Authority (“SGRITA”), a Georgia public authority that currently provides telecommunications to Southwest Georgia, is soliciting bids in connection with the proposed sale of all or substantially all of its assets. Bid procedures and the proposed tentative purchase agreement are available below. Interested parties must first execute and return the Acknowledgment, included as an attachment to the Request for Bids, and the below Confidentiality Agreement in order to receive access to SGRITA’s digital data room, where information and documents are available for interested parties to perform due diligence.

 The deadline for submission of bids is Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
